Refund/Return Policy


Pink EnV is committed to providing our customers with quality items and great customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT. We DO NOT issue REFUNDS!

All returns MUST be requested by email to ( within 3 days of receiving the item. The items must be returned within 3 days of your confirmed delivery.

All returned items MUST be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from make-up, deodorant or wear) with all original product tags still intact.
• All sale/discounted or promotional items are final sale!
• All swimwear/bodysuits are final sale!

Once we receive your original merchandise and it’s thoroughly inspected, a store credit will be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. Please allow our staff a minimum of 10 business days to receive and process your return.

At this time Pink EnV Clothing WILL NOT accept exchange requests due to the fact that quantities are limited and we cannot guarantee that we will have your size/color.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return process. When shipping an item back, we require a tracking number, as we are NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
